Some of the seeds were started as early as February 8th. However, this year has been a little slower due to the cold/frigid weather. I started them indoors and have been able to move some of them into the greenhouse.
The lettuce varieties I grew are Forellenschluss (a Gourmet Romaine), Red Romaine, Romaine, and a Green Leaf.
As for the Kale, there are 3 different varieties - Red Russian, Tuscan, and a Dwarf Blue.
I bought a slow bolting Spinach seed this year in addition to a regular packet of seed.
And I have the Swiss Chard as well (a green and a Bright Lights).
The different varieties of tomatoes are: Lemon Plum, Banana Paste, Moon Glow, Yellow Plum, German Stripe, Red Zebra, Green Zebra, Big Mama, Round Roma, Amish Paste, Beefmaster, Biltmore, Jet Setter, Super Fantastic, Early Girl, Yellow Pear, Black Cherry, Grape, Sun Sugar, Garden Peach, and Indio Rose.
The pepper seeds I started are Bell (Red, Yellow and Orange in addition to Green), Banana Peppers, and Marcon Red. As for the Hot Ones I have Big Bomb Cherry, Cayanne (a Red and Purple), Fresno Chili, and Jalapeno.
I started the Red, Yellow, and White Onions from seed and also have bought onion sets as well.
I haven't started the zucchini, squash, or cukes yet as the come up fast. I'll probably start them mid April.
