Crab Stuffed Banana Peppers

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law Barbara who is a great cook.

  • 2 Packages of Ritz Crackers crumbled
  • 1 Stick of Melted Butter
  • 2 Cans of Crab Meat
  • Salt and Pepper to taste and a Dash of Hot Sauce
  • Approx. 20-25 banana peppers cut in half and take seeds out
  1. Mix butter, crackers, and crab meat in medium bown
  2. Spoon into cut peppers
  3. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 minutes or until mixture is golden brown
