Makes Approx. 12 Jars
- Approx.24 Sliced Pickling Cucumbers
- 3 Qts. Water
- 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- Boil 3 Quarts of the water for 10 minutes and cool until cold.
- Then Add the 1/2 Cup of Kosher Salt and White Vinegar and stir.
- Pack the sliced cucumbers in jars with 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 stalks of dill in each jar.
- Pour the brine over the packed cukes and place on dish. Refrigerate after 1 day.
