Pickles

Makes Approx. 12 Jars

Ingredients: 
  • Approx.24 Sliced Pickling Cucumbers
  • Garlic
  • Dill
  • 3 Qts. Water
  • 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
Instructions: 
  1. Boil 3 Quarts of the water for 10 minutes and cool until cold.
  2. Then Add the 1/2 Cup of Kosher Salt and White Vinegar and stir.
  3. Pack the sliced cucumbers in jars with 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 stalks of dill in each jar.
  4. Pour the brine over the packed cukes and place on dish. Refrigerate after 1 day.
